Explorers' Corner’s philosophy is very simple — to fulfill your dreams of great adventures to unique destinations, accompanied by the best guides around. To create travel to off-the-beaten track destinations steeped in natural beauty, history, and culture. Explorers' Corner believes in providing excellent, one-to-one customer service from the first time they talk to you about a trip until you return home. And lastly, but just as importantly, Explorers' Corner strives to have little impact on the places traveled and believes in choosing modes of traveling that preserve the nature and cultures of the places they experience.

Explorers' Corner Adventures...
An adventure with Explorers’ Corner is a small group adventure. Sometimes as few as three persons, never more than twelve, the usual group size is eight. Explorers' Corner feels it is more fun to travel in a small group, and more flexible. A small group travels lightly on the earth, and is better able to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the wilderness regions they traverse. On many trips, you will live and eat outdoors, traveling by kayak or trekking throughout the day, resting in tents under the stars at night. Experienced guides will be with you to make your journey comfortable and secure. Explorers' Corner also offers expeditions with more indoor than outdoor living, where days of kayaking or hiking in the fresh open air finish up with evening accommodations in fine local inns, four star hotels, or on vintners’ estates.

Explorers' Corner’ dream is to create a community of travelers and explorers that endeavor, with them, to make travel ideas and dreams come true, only limited by the world and imaginations. And to have fun doing it! It is Explorers' Corner’s strong belief that the dream of Explorers’ Corner is as much about offering unique destinations as it is about sharing their co-travelers’ dreams of adventure and travel and making them a reality.

Explorers' Corner Company and Team...
Explorers Corner is made up of a team of passionate travelers and professionals that share the vision of this unique “old world service” travel company. Company founder Olaf Malver has been a world traveler, wilderness explorer, and sea kayaker for his entire lifetime. He and his team at Explorers’ Corner all share a deep passion for travel, a respect for the environment and diverse cultures, and a desire to build a community of co-travelers sharing their vision of experiencing the world together. Explorers' Corner also insists that everyone have fun!
