Small groups and a low participant to guide ratio, normally six to one or less, give their trips a personal touch. This allows guides to focus on the individual needs and desires of guests, therefore providing them with a superior kayaking experience. Many find that getting to and from launch sites isn't always that easy. For this reason, complimentary transportation is provided from various central locations.
The safety of guests and employees is the main factor that governs all activities. Crystal Seas Kayaking is a well established organization with a spotless safety record and does everything possible to maintain this status from the basics of personal flotation devices to guides trained in water rescue, first-aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation to a full-time office that can support and coordinate in times of need. In addition, guides have full authority to re-route or cancel a tour when the conditions aren't safe.
