ACE Adventure Center is located in the New River Gorge National River in wild, wonderful, West Virginia. The 1,400-acre ACE Adventure Center is an adventure vacation destination featuring some of the finest Kayaking Tours in the U.S. ... plus the area's best lodging and camping. Not only does ACE offer you some of the finest mountain biking trips in the country but you will find their guided whitewater rafting, rock climbing, caving, horseback riding and mountain biking to be as equally rewarding.
You can stay in one of ACE’s deluxe chalets (complete with private hot tub), ACE's new rustic cozy cabins, (heating and air-conditioned with TV's), "high and dry" cabin tents (complete with linens), or enjoy the sunsets from the mountaintop tent camping area. You may want to try your luck fishing on the New River or Gauley River - check out the current fishing reports.
Families with young children will find the ACE Adventure Center the ideal place for a family vacation. While ACE is famous for their world-class whitewater, they also offer lots of activities suitable for kids as young as 5.

ACE’s kayak courses are exciting, challenging and always a great time. Their goal is to share America's best whitewater with their students while they instruct and encourage each one to paddle safely and confidently.
Teaching You to Kayak ACE's kayak instructors use the most effective teaching methods that start with the basics. Courses gradually establish, then build upon, a solid foundation of must have skills in a fun, friendly way.
Each skill you learn will be grounded and reinforced by the skills learned previously. This progressive, step-by-step, approach facilitates the students' thorough and practical understanding of river skills, knowledge and leadership.

Reservation Policy
SPRING AND SUMMER TRIPS A non-refundable deposit of $25 per person per day of activity is required within 10 days of making your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before the date of your trip.
FALL GAULEY TRIPS A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person per day of activity is required within 10 days of making your reservation. The balance is due July 1 for trips in September, or August 1 for trips in October.
CHALET RENTALS A non-refundable deposit of $50 per night per chalet is due within 10 days of making your reservation. This is in addition to any deposit paid for activities or trips.
TENT RENTALS A non-refundable deposit of $10 per night per tent is due within 10 days of making your reservation. This is in addition to any deposit paid for activities or trips.
